Basic House Rules

Welcome to INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club! We are all about creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone who steps through our doors. Before you dive in, please check out our house rules to keep the energy positive:

  • INPUT is a space for everyone. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, hate, or violence in any form. Cross that line, and you’ll be asked to leave—no exceptions.
  • Respect is key. Offensive behavior, threats, harassment, or theft won’t be tolerated.
  • Look out for each other. If someone needs help, step up or let our staff know—we are all in this together.
  • Feel free to capture the moment, but no flash is allowed.
  • Stay safe and smart: hydrate, take breaks, and be mindful of those around you. Illegal substances won’t be tolerated, and offensive or discriminatory clothing isn’t allowed.

Come as you are, be kind, and let the music bring us together.

How do I get to INPUT?

INPUT is located within the Poble Espanyol recint, in Barcelona. Our official postal address is: Avinguda de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 13, Sants-Montjuïc, 08038 Barcelona.

Here are our recommended public transport options for getting to INPUT:

  • Metro: Plaça Espanya (L1 & L3)
  • Bus: H16, H12, N1, N13, N15, 150, 13, 23

What are INPUT’s opening hours?

Typically, INPUT opens at 00:00 and closes at 06:00 for regular club nights. However, hours may vary for special events, such as those on Thursdays. Check our social media channels for specific event times!

What is the minimum age to enter?

The minimum age to enter INPUT is 20. For some concerts or events hosted by other promoters, this requirement may differ. Please check the specific event details to confirm the age limit. To gain entry, a valid physical ID, passport, or driver’s license is required.

Is there a dress code?

INPUT is a place where you can truly express yourself. We encourage you to embrace your style and feel comfortable. However, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing football shirts or apparel with discriminatory prints, as we try to maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

Am I allowed to take pictures in the club?

You are welcome to take photos, but please respect our no-flash policy. Flash usage on the dance floor or within the venue is strictly prohibited. Guests who do not adhere to this policy may be asked to leave by security or club staff.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets directly through our website (powered by Xceed), on the Xceed platform, or via Resident Advisor. These are the only official ticket vendors for INPUT. For your convenience, you can buy tickets here.

Can I buy my ticket at the door, or do I need to buy it in advance?

We highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to guarantee entry. You can do so here. A limited number of tickets can be purchased at the door, even if pre-sale tickets are sold out. Come early to secure yours!

Can I resell my ticket if I can’t attend the event?

For tickets purchased through our website or via Xceed, we recommend using Ticketswap. However, please note that INPUT is not responsible for any transactions conducted on this platform. If you purchased your tickets through Resident Advisor, their platform also offers a resale option. More information can be found here. These are the only official resale services we endorse: we are against the market for duplicated and unofficial ticket resales!

Are the tickets personalized?

Yes, tickets are personalized. You may be asked to present your ID at the entrance to verify ticket ownership.

Does INPUT have a cloakroom?

Yes, we offer a cloakroom service year-round. Each item is tagged with a numbered ticket, which must be presented to retrieve your belongings. Without this ticket, items cannot be returned.

I couldn’t pick up an item from the cloakroom. What should I do?

If you have your cloakroom ticket, please send a photo of it to info@inputbcn.com. If you lost the ticket, email lostandfound@inputbcn.com with detailed information and, if possible, photos of the item.

I lost something at the venue. What should I do?

If you lost something during your visit, please contact lostandfound@inputbcn.com with a description of the item.

Can I bring my own earplugs, or do you provide them?

At INPUT, we prioritize your hearing. You are welcome to bring your own earplugs, but if you forget, we have exclusive INPUT x EARPEACE earplugs available at the bar and cloakroom. They ensure you enjoy the music while protecting your ears!

Do you have VIP tables?

Yes, we offer a limited number of VIP tables. For VIP reservations, bottle service, or other premium requests, please contact us at +34 669 494 113 or vip@inputbcn.com.

I've seen or experienced something I would like to share.

At INPUT, we are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment. We have zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. If you ever feel unwell or unsafe, or witness something concerning, please approach our staff or security, who are easily identifiable at the bar or entrance. For post-event feedback or to share any concerns, email us at info@inputbcn.com. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
